Omni uses only essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

All authentication cookies are configured with the following security protections:
- httpOnly: Cookies cannot be accessed by JavaScript, protecting against cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks
- Secure: In production, cookies are transmitted only over HTTPS encrypted connections
- SameSite=Lax: Cookies are not sent with cross-site requests, protecting against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks
4. Local Storage
In addition to cookies, Omni uses browser local storage and session storage for non-sensitive, non-identifying preferences:
- Theme preference (light/dark mode)
- Locale preference (language selection)
- Feature flags cache (which platform features are enabled for your tenant)
These items do not contain personal information and are not transmitted to our servers.
5. What We Do NOT Use
- No third-party advertising or remarketing cookies
- No cross-site tracking pixels or beacons
- No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar third-party analytics
- No fingerprinting or device identification technologies
We believe in minimal data collection. If we add analytics capabilities in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and controls.
6. Managing Cookies
Because Omni uses only essential cookies, disabling them will prevent the platform from functioning (you will not be able to log in). You can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.
