The operational half of your business, in one system
Omni runs the operational side of a business — orders, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, customers, B2B — at one flat price, alongside the storefront and accounting software you already use.
Why this exists
Most growing businesses end up running six to nine tools that don't agree with each other. A POS that doesn't know what the warehouse holds. A spreadsheet that reconciles the two. A bill for every seat you add. Nobody chose that setup; it accumulated.
Omni is the operational middle of that stack as one system, with one item record, one customer record and one stock number. Your storefront and your books stay exactly where they are.
Four decisions we won't reverse
Flat pricing, no per-seat fee. Adding your Saturday staff to the system should not be a budget conversation. Two users or two hundred, the price is the plan.
We don't touch your money. Card payments run through your own Stripe, Square or Authorize.Net account and settle straight to your bank. We are never in the money flow, so our problems can never become your cash-flow problems.
We send email as you, not as us. Omni connects to your own mail provider. Your customers get email from your domain, and your sender reputation stays yours.
We integrate, we don't replace. Keep Shopify. Keep QuickBooks. Omni runs what happens between the order and the ledger.
Where Omni ends and your other tools begin
Omni runs operations and hands the rest to the tools built for it. Your ledger stays in QuickBooks or Xero: Omni exports accountant-ready files on any plan, pushes transactions straight through their APIs, and on Power and up maps your categories to your chart of accounts, so your accountant gets clean numbers without re-keying anything. Payroll and manufacturing are outside what Omni does. If one of those is the core of your business, another product will serve you better, and we would rather you knew that now.
Who's behind it
I spent 25 years building custom software and ERP implementations for businesses across a lot of industries. The same lesson kept repeating: what they need is far more alike than different, and what really varies is the tools they already depend on. Omni is the system I'd have wanted to hand those clients on day one, with the common ground built once and built simply, and the integrations treated as the whole point.
Omni is built and operated by Invariably Digital Group.
Trying it costs you nothing
No credit card to start. When the trial ends nothing is charged: Omni pauses until you decide to subscribe. Add a card and your first payment and subscription start that day. Walk away and the account is removed after 30 days. You can export every record to CSV at any point in between.
